FAQs

Let Us Answer Your Questions

Do you do soft landscaping?

We specialise in hard landscaping services, focusing on elements like patios, driveways, retaining walls, fencing, decking, and many other related features. Soft landscaping is not within our area of expertise.

Can you design my garden?

Certainly! We have extensive experience in garden design and can assist you in bringing your vision to life. Whether you have a specific idea in mind or need help creating a design from scratch, we are here to help make your garden dreams a reality.

Do you provide a free quote?

Absolutely! We offer a complimentary on-site assessment where we'll measure the area you'd like to have worked on. Afterward, we'll gather pricing information from suppliers and provide you with a detailed quote. You can expect to receive your quote within a maximum of one week.

Does hard landscaping require less maintenance?

Hard landscaping, featuring materials like concrete, stone, wood, or metal used in patios, driveways, walls, decking, and fences, generally requires minimal maintenance. These resilient materials withstand weather and wear admirably. To ensure their longevity, regular cleaning and proper care are recommended.

Do I need to be home while you are working?

No, your presence is not necessary while we work on your project. We understand that you have other responsibilities and commitments, so you can go about your day without interruption. However, if you prefer to be on-site, you're more than welcome to do so. In that case, feel free to put the kettle on, and we'll be happy to share a cup of tea with you!

Do I need planning permission?

Determining whether you need planning permission is not always a straightforward yes or no. In many cases, you may not require planning permission. However, if your project involves ground-level changes, boundary walls, or has significant implications for drainage and neighboring properties, you may need to apply for planning permission through your local council.
